Excelente atención por parte del equipo humano, las instalaciones super conservadas y limpias, la comida hecha al momento y muy rica, nuevamente destaco la atención y dedicación del personal. Se percibe que la corporación ha dedicado recursos en mantener las instalaciones. Súper recomendados a ojos cerrados.
Beautiful place located in the middle of the mountains. It feels very relaxing! Things to be aware: Hot water is limited just to two times per day, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms, I found it odd at the beginning but also a good way to disconnect. Food is very tasty, and portions are very generous. Delicious traditional food from Venezuela and Los Andes. Staff is lovely in general, just a couple of issues with the lady in the restaurant till. It would be great if things could be charged to the room as any other hotel so you don't waste your holiday time trying to find change to pay just one drink. You need to be more prepared for giving change to your customers and not putting them in an uncomfortable position while on vacation.

Hace muchos años tuve la oportunidad de estar alli, y era maravilloso, un lugar espiritual para pasarlo increíble, junto a tu familia. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un lugar mágico en plena montaña El Hotel Páramo La Culata es un sitio espectacular para desconectarse del ruido y disfrutar de la naturaleza de Mérida. Está rodeado de montañas, ríos y un paisaje realmente impresionante. El ambiente es muy tranquilo y el aire puro hace que todo se sienta diferente, ideal para descansar o pasar unos días en pareja o familia. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con una vista preciosa. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, lo que hace que uno se sienta bienvenido desde el primer momento. La comida del restaurante es muy buena, con platos típicos andinos preparados al momento, y los precios son razonables considerando el lugar y la calidad del servicio. Además, la seguridad y la atención son excelentes, algo que da mucha confianza para disfrutar sin preocupaciones. En resumen, el Hotel Páramo La Culata es una experiencia inolvidable: buena atención, paisajes hermosos y un ambiente de paz total. Perfecto para quienes buscan relajarse en contacto con la naturaleza y disfrutar lo mejor de Mérida.
A pesar de la crisis que ha afectado toda esa región por falta de turistas, puedo decir que hacen gran esfuerzo por mantener las instalaciones y el servicio. Lo mejor es la ubicación, excelente clima y paisaje. Como únicos puntos negativos, el agua caliente y ka calefacción. El agua caliente la colocan en ciertos horarios por falta de gasoil, no está mal, pero no llega realmente caliente a todas las habitaciones, en mi caso, estábamos en 2 habitaciones, a una sí le llegaba caliente todos los días, a la otra habitación le llegó caliente sólo 2 días en una semana. La calefacción de las habitaciones lleva varios años sin funcionar
It is an Excellent place to come and relax. You can walk on the mountains near by, the food is really nice. Do not expect to have a good internet connection or a cellphone signal, but that's part of the adventure, because this place is on the top of the mountains of Merida State. Also you are just an hour away of the highest rail trail of the World.
El hotel es ideal para desconectarse, muy bien mantenido con su esencia, tranquilo y ameno. Si busca descanso y relax, esta puede ser su parada.
